What is it?
Unlike the Team Development Sessions, this workshop is designed to enhance you communication skills across your entire organization, transcending individual teams. The focus is on how each individual can foster a productive work environment with the help of effective communication.
How does it work?
This is an interactive workshop where I will introduce tools and guide participants in exploring topics such as personal communication styles, conflict resolution strategies, feedback techniques, and active listening skills. The workshop can be held in English or Swedish, either in-person or online. Choose the workshop duration from 1 hour to a full day.
