What is an escape game?

An escape game is a game in which a team of players cooperatively discover clues, solve puzzles, and accomplish tasks in order to progress and accomplish a specific goal in a limited amount of time. Ruby Ritz Riddle is what we call a storytelling escape game where the story is a big part of the experience.

Payment & Pricing

The escape room cost is 299:-/person. Choose the amount of participants in the booking schedule above. All payments are done through the website when booking and you will receive a confirmation of your booking via email. Bookings and cancellations

All cancellations will be refunded, provided they are made a minimum of 6h before your scheduled starting time . For no-shows or cancellations later than 6h before your scheduled starting time, no refund is provided. Contact info@seefelicia.com for cancellations and refunds. For bookings later than 2h before start, call +46 70 767 95 57 to secure your spot.

Change your booking

If you are going to be more or fewer people than your initial booking, contact us at info@seefelicia.com with the changes and you will get a partial refund/a link to an additional payment. The same goes if you want to change the time of your booking.

Who can play?

We recommend that the participants are over 16 years old. The escape room is not physically challenging and no preparation or experience is needed, only a curious mind. The language used in the escape room is English. There are narrow stairs down to the cellar so the accessibility is therefore unfortunately limited.

Covid-19

We are following the governments restrictions and taking action to prevent further spread of the virus by; accepting only one group at a time, limiting the size of the groups to 6 people, providing hand sanitizer, cleaning and disinfecting surfaces after every group and keeping a minimum of 1.5m distance between staff and participants.

Are you serving food and drinks?

No. Unfortunately MELT Bar & Restaurant is temporarily closed due to Covid-19. Therefore food and drink service is currently not possible. However, we are collaborating with the restaurant YUC Latasian close by and they are offering 20% discount to all escape room guests. More info in you booking confirmation. Arrival

We ask you to wait outside Melt Bar & Restaurant in time for your appointment (it is not possible to enter before your scheduled time). The whole experience will take a maximum of 1h 15min, including a short walkthrough before the game begins Make sure to arrive on time, if you are late it will affect the time you have to solve the riddle.
